🌍 In Africa, Sahel farming and pastoral communities carry experience of rains, land, and migration through oral traditions.

Language gives these experiences names—and future generations a way to understand them.

If the age of AI makes room for only a few dominant languages, the world may become more convenient. Yet we could lose many voices worth hearing and cultures worth travelling to discover.
