❤️ I had the privilege of delivering the keynote speech, "Semantic Web, Ontology, AI Agent & AI Data Infra," and participating in a high-caliber panel discussion at the "Rise Beyond Intelligence" AI Industry Summit in Jeju Island, South Korea 🇰🇷. The energy, resonance, and engagement from the global audience were truly exceptional.

✈️Returning to South Korea brings back profound reflections. Very few people know that South Korea was the original source of inspiration when I first coined the term "Web3.0" 🕹️back in 2003. At that time, while working for a US chip company closely partnered with and funded by LG and NEC, I was obsessed with solving the massive cross-lingual communication gap across Chinese, Japanese, English, and Korean. My solution was to merge Artificial Intelligence (machine translation) with social networking—giving birth to the concept of 【Web3.0】 and securing the US PCT Patent for "Translation on Demand."

🕰️Years later in 2006, Sir Tim Berners-Lee—the Father of the 🌐World Wide Web—introduced decentralization and data autonomy to Web3.0, the next-generation web. In 2022, he was rightfully awarded the 16th Seoul Peace Prize right here in South Korea for his monumental contributions to advancing internet decentralization and defending data sovereignty.

Our paths and visions remain deeply aligned. 🌹
The subtitle of my keynote, "The Grand Unified Theory of Web3.0: Reshaping the AI Native Web3.0 Narrative," captures the true core of my message:

🔰Web3.0 = Data3.0 + Finance3.0

💎Web3.0 is far more than just building DIDs and payment rails for AI Agents. It dictates who owns data autonomy, who commands AI execution rights, and who controls the distribution of financial returns. Ultimately, true Web3.0 is the definitive, foundational solution for human-centric AI governance.

🤖 Standing at the forefront of the AGI era, I joined fellow pioneers on a panel hosted by LingoAI CEO Una Wang , titled "From Prompt to Profit: How AI + Web3.0 Are Bridging the 'Last Mile' in Global Business." It was a pleasure exchanging insights with leaders from DappOS, xBubble, WebKey, and Kopi AI Agent. To break down global data silos, all Agent ecosystems must become Web3.0 partners.

🔌By leveraging LingoAI’s sovereign data infrastructure, Solid, Personal Ontology, the Nebula Box (Holon), and distributed Agent networks, we are restoring the true, AI-native essence of Web3.0.

❤️ A heartfelt thank you to Chelsea Zhang and dappOS organizing committee for the warm hospitality, invitation, and flawless execution. Together, we have written a landmark chapter on human digital sovereignty in Jeju Island.
